BMW: The Ultimate Driving (like an ass) Machine
Okay, this blog is not common to be one of those where I go on about how I drive an old VW bus and how I am so much better than these people who are in a scurry and are complete asses about it. I can be an ass while driving...well, I can be measure passive/aggressive about it at any rate.
But what is it about BMW drivers? I have counted undoubtedly a good two dozen examples in at most the past two weeks of BMW drivers acting like they have to get to their end so now that they tailgate the snot out of the person in front of them. They difference lanes without signaling. They cut their passing way too silent to be safe. They love acceleration (understandably so, but not in evening See trade, okay?!). It's just frustrating to no end and I will instanter admit that I love matching their make tracks in evening traffic and just not giving them enough stay to get past the person in front of them. See, I can be an ass too.
My theory is that BMW markets themselves to people who unusually really wish they could drive on Germany's autobahn all day and who as likely as not can't afford a Porsche. Now, I've observed definitely a bit from my bird's eye view in the bus. Porsche drivers show compassion for they have a really wicked sports car under their curb. And they drive it like that. Sure, they'll unfruitful into the accelerator, but they'll do it when it's appropriate.
Let's take the other major German indulgence car into consideration for a moment: Mercedes. In all my observations, people who hustle Mercedeses (Mercedeses? Mercedi? anyway...) be familiar with they have a serious luxury car and they want everyone around them to know that! So they don't competition about trying to be the first one to the next red light. They're a bit more relaxed about their tear and such.
It seems like BMW (and their drivers) are kind of that bull's-eye child who's just getting that first shock of hormones in junior high denomination. They're running around screaming "Look at me! Look at me! I'm gonna be in the lead of you! I can go fast and be brash and fuck the rules and all that!"
Weigh about how boys were when you were in junior high coach! Yeah, you see what I mean now, don'tcha?
